Terms of Service

01What you get

A licence to use the scripts your key covers, for as long as the key lasts. You do not own them and you may not resell them. A key covers exactly what its product page said when you bought it.

02No refunds

All sales are final. We do not refund, exchange or credit anything, for any reason. That includes changing your mind, buying the wrong thing, buying twice, no longer playing the game, your executor breaking, a game going down or being discontinued, and losing your Roblox account. If the law where you live gives you a refund right that a contract cannot remove, that law still applies.

03Try it free first

A free key is available so you can test everything before you spend anything. Use it. Clause 02 is the reason this exists.

04Do not share your key

One key, one person. Sharing, selling, lending or publishing a key locks it permanently, with no refund. From our side a shared key and a stolen key look exactly the same.

05One device, free resets

Your key binds to the device you first use it on, so a leaked key is worth nothing to anybody else. Resets are free, once every 24 hours per key (staff can move a key sooner), so changing computer is never a reason to buy again.

06Do not tamper with it

No cracking, dumping, decompiling or bypassing the key check, the device binding or the free key gateway. Any of it ends your access immediately, with no refund.

07Your Roblox account is your risk

Running any script is against Roblox's rules and Roblox can ban an account for it. That risk is yours. We do not replace, compensate or refund a banned account, and your key keeps running its normal term either way. Do not use this on an account you are not willing to lose.

08What is not our fault

Anyone can buy, and we are responsible only for what is actually ours: delivering your key and keeping the scripts working. We are not responsible for anything outside that, including your executor breaking or being unsafe, Roblox updating and breaking a game, the free key gateway being down, your own device or internet, or what you choose to do with the script. None of it is refundable and none of it is a fault in the service.

09Lifetime

Lifetime means the lifetime of the service, not yours. If GladHub shuts down permanently, lifetime keys end with it. Said plainly here because it is the part people feel misled about later.

10Chargebacks

If something is wrong, open a ticket and we will look at it. Opening a chargeback instead permanently bans the account and every key on it, and we will contest it with the delivery record.

11If we get it wrong

Paid and no key arrived? That is ours to fix. Open a ticket with the transaction reference and we will deliver it. This is the one thing we act on after the fact, and we act by giving you what you bought.

12What we store

Your email, your keys, a device identifier and the IP your requests come from. It is there to enforce clauses 04 and 05 and nothing else. We never see your card details; the payment provider handles those.

13Changes and contact

We can update these terms, and the version and date at the top change when we do. GladHub is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Questions go to the Discord ticket channel, where a person reads them.

Written in English first. The Thai and Chinese are here so everybody can read the same terms, and the English is what applies if a translation ever disagrees with it.
